Who is Dr. Kathleen M. Connolly?
Biography
Dr. Connolly holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology, human services, counseling, and counselor
education. She has worked with a broad array of clients, including adults, adolescents, children, and families.
Currently, her practice serves young, middle, older adult populations, couples, and corporate clients. Dr. Connolly
is a professional affiliate member of the graduate faculty of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a
North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor. She is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor and is certified in
clinical hypnosis.
Counseling Approach
Dr. Connolly’s approach to counseling is influenced by constructivist philosophies and cognitive, multi-modal,
and systems theory.
Consulting Approach
Dr. Connolly's approach to organizational consulting is unique in that she brings her expertise as a professional
counselor to the workplace. Dr. Connolly's knowledge of human behavior and group dynamics, coupled with her training
in organizational development, change, and behavior, adds value to assessment and diagnostic processes that are an
integral part of successful consultation projects. With expertise in a variety of assessment strategies and the
creativity to develop meaningful interventions, Dr. Connolly can provide comprehensive consulting services to meet
the needs of her clients.
